Whats involved in the course?

The AIDA 1&2 star course is by far the most popular way to get in to freediving as it combines the 1st and 2nd levels of the AIDA educational ladder in a weekend course. This will take you from a novice diver to a deep freediver in two days. By the end of the course you will have covered.

Course costs £300 (£270 after discount) and includes lunches, snacks and drinks, kayaking, pool hire and all equipment other than wetsuits which can be hired at £6 per day from local providers.

Other courses available are the 1*, 2*, 3* and three short courses aimed at aspiring spearos and freedivers with less time on their hands, they even have a course for surfers.
